We want you to be satisfied with VeruMail. This policy explains trials, cancellations and refunds.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial, so you can evaluate the Service before paying.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not automatically prorate partial periods.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that payment. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method and can also be requested via the receipt Paddle emailed you.
